Nervous, Excited, Jittery.. They all describe how I feel about my scheduled procedure tomorrow April 15, tax day... Have been working out at the gym for a couple of weeks and dieting and lost about 20 lbs. Dr anticipates about 70 lbs in a year for me. Excited to buy new clothes that will fit.. Have a huge support system...

Good Luck! I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and I love it. The first couple of days are hard but it was so worth it.

Got my phone call for tomorrow. My surgery isn't until 5pm. I freaked out on the phone. Is this normal to not have anything for that long amount of time??

That's normal. Sometimes emergency cases get added to the OR schedule and not-so emergent cases get bumped back. Good luck tomorrow!

Thanks. I was just really annoyed that I would have to wait all day long with no liquids. But anesthesiologist called and said nothing for 8 hrs. And hospital has to say 12 hours. Counting down the hours..
