post-op UTI

Anyone? I think I have a pretty wicked UTI. I have my first follow-up on Wednesday. I don't think I'm gonna last that long. Instead of Water I am now sipping cranberry juice. Do you think the Dr would call in a script tomorrow without actually seeing me?

    Uti's are common right after surgery because of the catheter. They might call in a prescription beforehand but I don't think you could take pills yet. Call them and see what your options are.

    UTI....urinary tract infection....aka..bladder infection...common post op issue...antibiotics, Apple juice, pure cranberry juice, an lots of water
