trying not beat myself up lol

During my "journey" I have set goals and have met all my goals until now :( missed my very 1st goal. I have a doc apt today with my pcp for 1st check up since I stopped my bp meds and I wanted to be at 180 and this am I'm at 185. Still good but uggghhh.

You are doing so great! I try not to set weight loss goals that are tied to a specific date because it's so hard for me not to be disappointed with myself if I miss them. So I definitely understand where you are coming from!

Thanks guys. I know I just have surpassed all my goals so far so just uggghh but I am super excited about my journey so far. Only 4mo out and im only 35lbs to my final goal. Been working my butt off literally lol.
