When I take a bite of food not always I get this stabbing radiating pain that spreads across my chest. Is this meaning I am full? What can this be

Did they repair a hernia? If yes, it is the stitch from the hernia repair. It will get better. I had the same thing and it lasted about a month.

Chew your food better. I get that if I'm hasty when eating. It's not really a stabbing pain but it feels like it doesn't go down all the way and is uncomfortable.
