Issue with pre op diet... TMI

I hate posting this but want some feedback. I have been on a south beach style pre-op diet and doing shakes and notice my stools are looser. And I am going more. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wish I had that problem I haven't gone hardly at all since I started and today's day 9 of the liquid diet for me.

My husband had loose stools when he was on liquid diet. I have been on day 3 of my liquid diet and have yet to go but th as t is not unusual for me as I have always had issues with regularity. Have you asked a nurse ir doctor who is treating you??
