Sugar free gummy worms....?

Hey guys!

So my mom just tried to be a sweetheart and bring me home sugar free gummy worms. I'm 4 months out but have not tried these before and don't know if they will cause dumping. Has anyone tried these? I don't even know if I should because I don't want to waste my calories on something with no nutrition but yum so tempting!

Thanks guys :)

If they are made with Lycasin do not do it! That's what sugar free Haribo Gummy bears are made with and they're pretty notorious for making people distressed intestinally.

The reviews are actually pretty comical. Most people describe what pretty much sounds like dumping and if they make normal people dump....
