I was also going to suggest the Isopure drinks with 40 g of Protein. I really like them. Grape flavor is good. They are a tad expensive but no more so than a venti caramel macchiato from Starbucks! lo

So here i am 3 weeks out and I am having a hard time getting in my Protein. I am eating greek yogurt, but the Protein shakes are now giving me an upset stomach and they give me diarrhea like no other? I guess it's not a bad thing but I don't want to be walking around with an upset stomach all the time? I don't know what to do. I just bought some of those pure protein shakes that you get in walmart, and I am going to try that at lunch but it's discouraging cause I know from not getting in the protein I am tired and I don't have any energy. Plus I have had a rough start with everything that has happen in the first few weeks of post surgery. I am ready for things to get better and move forward in my weight loss. Please help me I need other ways of getting in my protein.
