Body by Visalus transformation kit

At 21 months post vsg and 6 months to my wedding I want to kick things up and try to tone up, yes I have some excess skin and I'm trying to avoid plastics because so many people tell me if I kick things up I can do it on my own (my brother , a freak about working out after losing a lot of weight when he was younger has gotten rid of his skin) tells me I can and I was reasearching body by vi for a 90 day kick start challenge and would love to hear reviews before I spend $200 a month .

eh, the reviews on Amazon look decidedly mixed, to put it generously. And I know their "protein" shakes don't have very much protein (and are relatively high calorie and carb) plus I don't think the form of protein they use is a great one, not whey isolate if I remember right.

i used to use the body by vi.. i lost 5 pounds!!! it is very expensive. you can get a better quality Protein powder with more protein for way less money.. just my opinion, but i would not waste the money. Now i never used their supplements, so I can't tell you about them. My doctor and NUT said there was not enough protein to qualify. Hope this helps.
