Fruit...

Are people eating fruit yet? If so what kind? I have some fruit and have done pretty well.

Once I was past the stage where no seeds of any kind were permitted, I have eaten a variety of fruits and berries. I was just on vacation last week in Punta Cana at an all-inclusive where wonderful fresh fruits were offered each day and often each meal. I typically had some with breakfast or had it mixed in my protein shake.

I haven't had any fruit yet.

I eat fruit all the time. My nutritionist just suggested this week eating fruit for my afternoon snack. I've had bananas, strawberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon, and apples.
