Sports after surgery

Spring and summer are right around the corner. One of my goals with this surgery is to get back into playing sports on a regular basis. How soon after surgery would it be okay to start playing sports like golf, tennis, and softball? These aren't really intense sports, but they all have a torso twisting movement to them. I've sent a note to my surgeon's office, but thought I would post here as well. Does anyone know if there are concerns with twisting motions that could affect the sleeve?

It's really going to be how quickly YOU can tolerate it. I was running after 4 weeks, so I would think you will be fine 3,4, or 5 weeks out or so....
