Calcium chews

I'm a little over a week post op and I'm nervous to start my calcium chewables! Is that normal? I'm wondering if they're gonna settle okay. Anyone have any feedback?? How they're doing with them? Thanks!

I'm trying to remember, but I think I didn't start any supplement chewables until I was solid food. I took liquid vitamins during that phase, too. Not that you have to do that, but that's what I did.

I had no issues with them...at first I thought I was told to not take them for a few weeks after surgery, but when I saw my surgeon post-op, he said you should start your Vitamins immediately post-op. I take the calcium chews, and have never had any issues with them.

Congrats, and wish you the best!!!
