Inner Ear Pressure Problems Post-OP?

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced fullness and popping sounds in one or both ears since surgery? Seems my right ear has lost its ability to regulate pressure, and I get the fullness, a little bit of hearing loss (not significant but annoying) and an unsteady popping sensation in my ear.

Just curious if this might be an effect of anaesthesia??

I find this happening when I am not getting enough liquids in especially first thing in the morning. Good luck!

That happened to me post op in the hospital but now I'm home and it appears to have resolved itself. Not sure why it happened. I also had some really gross sinus things going on at the hospital. lol

This happened to me yesterday..I was wondering what was going on..glad to know I wasn't going crazy lol

yes this has been happening on and off, I didn't think it was surgery related till I saw this.

I've had a lot of sinus presssure crap going on in my left ear this week. I wonder if there is a connection? My ear has popped all day!

I just noticed this. 5 weeks out, so I'm eating more than before and when I get full my ears pop like on an airplane. It drives me crazy I can't hear for a short time until the fullness goes away. I finally realized what was going on. I hic up and sneeze too sometimes.
