I get the same tender feeling sometimes. I am just over 3 weeks post op as well. I'm sure it will lessen as time goes on. Our bodies and muscles are still recovering!

I had my surgery on 3/13/14 and I am still experiencing pain in the incision area where the surgeon removed the stomach. He assures me this will begin to subside in the next week or so. I started to think there was something wrong or I did something to worsen it. I guess we just have to patient...we did have major surgery. Good luck!

So glad to see this. Three weeks today and feeling unusually sore and tender. Guess its just a three week thing!

I went through the same thing. I thought I had torn a stich inside and was worried about a possible hernia. My Dr. said not to worry, sure enough at exactly 4 weeks it seemed to almost magically disappear and I have been back to work for a week now.

I'll be 6 weeks out on Wednesday, and I've still got pain in my lower left incision.

yep, me too. Surgery was only 3/20... most of my discomfort has changed from strong ab pain (like to much working out) to a "twinge" in the incision that my stomach came out of. and yes, doc said that had the most trauma and would be sensitive. I find myself holding my tummy sometimes and pushing it in. (weird) Its not bad, but it is there,
