Heyyyy!!!! Good luck!!! I start my two week liquid diet next Wednesday and have my surgery on April 16... Getting kind of nervous, but together, we got this!!

Congrats to the both of you and yes you both got this, I will be having my procedure May 5 and I am so ready. Have you both been trying new Protein Shakes to see which ones you like? I have selected on premiere Protein shakes as well as grape frost Isopure and chicken flavored unjury.

Good luck to all of you! You'll do great!

This morning for breakfast I actually took EAS carb control protein shake (strawberry cream), 4 strawberries 1/2 banana, 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt and 4 ice cubes and blended it, I must say it was rather delicious!
