I'm going through some severe non-band related medical problems that have my anxiety levels absolutely through the moon. This is the first time I've ever not had the urge to turn to food AT ALL when I was stressed out, that alone is crazy enough.
That being said, I'm having trouble even forcing myself to drink or eat the last two days. It's a blend of mentally having no appetite and physically my band being tighter than normal from the stress. Yesterday I got down a Protein shake in the morning, three chicken nuggets from Wendy's at lunch time, and then about five bites of an omelet at dinner time. Today I've been able to sip some Water, and ate a Protein Bar broken up into two sittings. Food is absolutely revolting to me right now, this is the most insane thing to me ever being the foody I've always been.
I know this seems like plenty of food for a lot of you, but for me and my band, this isn't now how we roll together. Any suggestions maybe on things that would be palatable and easy to get down while I'm going through this?
