Bloating and pressure

I been experiencing this feeling for the past few hours now about 4/5 hours maybe. i feel very very bloated like my stomic will explode and this pressure its horrible :( cant sleep don't know what to do i called the doc on call and he said to come in tomorrow I'm not doing good this upset stomic makes me regret this surgery i just wish i felt better :...(

Any one know what this is has anyone felt this

It can take a few weeks for the abdominal gas to completely diffuse. During this time we can feel uncomfortable after surgery. Not sure when you had your surgery?
