Has anyone been approved for surgery that has a pacemaker/defibrillator?

I'm trying to start my journey but I'm scared I won't be approved because I have a pacemaker/defibrillator. My 1st appointment visit is Thursday but I'm worried as heck that I won't be eligible. Has anyone had this problem?
