Can someone please tell me how to post pictures?

I click on my own profile then I go to where it says settings or gallery or go to the top of the page and it will say upload then click on that , then scroll down to the bottom and you will see where it says browse and choose file then choose select and review & publish , and it should get what you want it to do also there is some where it says before and after , sometimes I forget bt you can load your before and after pics, also you have to make and name your albums , so choose one o the albums and see what happens , it takes me a while but these are suggestions that I try , good luck and hope you can figure it out.

What do you press on the list that pops up or is it somewhere else? Thx
