Yes i had that used on me for closure. Some people skin are sensitive to it and will have an irritation. It should not last long but if bothering u call doctor they may give u a powder for it or cream.

How bad were yours? I have six incisions and they are all irritated. I wake up in the middle of the night itching and not knowing it ????

mine had Durabond too. They itched like crazy but I put Neosporin on them and it helped a lot. Of course I had to keep applying it abut every 6 or 8 hours but it helped stop the itching and the redness seemed to go away.
