my experience week 6

Ive lost 24 lbs. Getting into old clothes. No complications. I still crave carbs. And I find myself in a depression wanting to turn to old foods...pizza..cookies..im upset I can tolerate these foods. I cant eat as much as I could pre surgery...but worried I butchered myself just to end up back where I started. Its hard seeing family eat what they want. I feel like im on a hill. Hi Divatude, I'm still preop (surg date April 30) and your start weight is actually the weight I am now. Losing 24lbs in 6 weeks is awesome! Don't stress over your cravings girlie.

Just remember why your on this journey and don't let the bad food beat you on your wls race.

You can do it!!! GL on your journey!
