Need Advice quick

Ok I did a big boo boo and im nervous. I got my band a week ago as you all know. I just swallowed a piece of gum by mistake and it feels like it is still there I think it is stuck. What do I do? I am a patient of dr. rumbaut in mexico and he gives his cell phone and the number will not work. I dont know what to do. Should I drink something hot to hope it goes down??

I have seen some guidelines that say do not chew gum. I have and I reckon most others have too. I could see how if you were pretty tightly restricted, it could definitely present a problem.

Oh man are you OK now I hope so.

I haven't swallowed any but no one told us not to chew it. I swear I can feel it stuck myself.

My suggestion for swallowed gum would be to eat some smooth Peanut Butter. For some reason, peanut butter dissolves gum - it's recommended as a method to remove gum from hair.

Try chewing gum and eat peanut butter at the same time - the gum just disappears....

Glad you seem to be okay!
