Dont be stressed. Enjoy a few drinks with friends, eat some really crunchy foods! Lol enjoy the little things you may miss. Im doing good! I eat fish practically all day and my energy levels are going up

Working out like 3 times a week

Getting in about 45 oz of water a day and about 50 g of protein- im trying to work on getting upto the 64/64!
