  2. Hi, my name is Lindsay and I'm 22 years old. I had the sleeve done march 14, 2014. Starting weight :242.4 current weight: 127.6 total weight lost: 114.8 I workout about twice a week but i mainly lift. I've found that lifting has firmed me twice as fast as any type of cardio. I love myself but I've learned how this surgery has not only effected me physically but socially as well. I've learned who is really my friend and who is there for me. and thee isn't anything wrong with that. id like some bariatric friends so hit me up with any conversation or questions or whatever!

  10. Im very adjusted. I spend an extra 15 mins every morning setting up protein shakes, cheeses, nuts, and other protein rich snacks for the day. I can eat almost anything, but some things are still uncomfortable. Such as red meat and most carbs. They are a little tougher going down amd i immediately get lethargic. Sometimes its worth it, most times its not. I eat a lot of poultry and fish. Ive become a better cook since i Meal prep each weekend. I have lost 66 pounds!! If you guys have ANY questions feel free to message me
