Post opp-Day 5

Hi guys, I'm new to this but the more support the better. So I'm still having heaps of gas pain and if I don't take my medication every 4 hrs it kills. Is this normal? Plus this fluid diet is killing me? Did anyone cheat? Or do u have any idea to get rid of my food craving for fast food :(

first pre op visit after lap band surgery. The doctor gave me the OK exercise on the treadmill and I can ride a stationary bike. I'm so excited that means I get to go to spin class. He said I could advance my diet and start having protein shake and yogurt and fruit yay me so excited. I lost 19 pounds

The doctor gave me the okay for walking after the first week. I did not have a hernia so that probably helped with when I could start exercising. I have been walking almost everyday. Next week I am going to start jogging. It does feel weird that I have more motivation now than before surgery. Good Luck to everyone.
