Ok So I am on my 2nd day of puree diet and I notice I am not getting full, (I figured that my band is not tight yet since I am only like 11 days post-op.) So I stop eating because my brain tells me and I want to be careful to follow the portion size indicated on the post-op instructions. However, when I wait my 20 minutes to have a glass of Water ( I actually put on a timer LOL) then VOILA !! I feel full.

BTW I got on my cheap bathroom scale and it seems I only lost 2 pounds !! WTF . So I figured I am still retaining a lot of Fluid from my liquid diet. , I hope that's it. So I am going to avoid getting on the scale to avoid disappointments, tomorrow is my post-op visit and they surely will weigh me there.

BTW will get myself a digital scale!

Discouraging when you don't lose more and actually understand why, isn't it?
