I have always drank tons of water - easy to consume 1.5-2 liters a day...but after my surgery, getting in 1/2 a liter is a challenge. I'll keep trying and will use lemon - thanks for the tip!

I have drank lemon water for years but be careful as it is a diuretic

I haven't had any issues I even suck on the lemons... I drink about 48-64 ounces of this lemon water a day and I'm two weeks post op, although every one is different it's been my go to and I love it

Try it with lime!! Limes have other nutritional values and to me is better in water

Jessroto....congratulations....down 14 lbs in 2 weeks post op...that's awesome.

I use grape crush water enhancer. Tastes just like grape koolaid..no sugar or fat...helps me to get my water in.

I'm only 5 days post op...feeling great just bloated ans swollen I think.

One day at a time

Good luck
