No weightloss

Kinda bummed because 7 months ago I had VGS... I originally had lapband ... But I've only have lost a total of 20 lbs I work out 4-5 x per week and eat healthy not sure WTH is going on! Anyone out there with this same problem?

Are you tracking your foods? You could be eating too few calories. When I was about 8 weeks out, I was losing painfully slow. My NUT had me increase my calories too 1000 and my loss remained steady for months. At about a year out and less than 30# to goal, I'm again losing slowly but I was expecting that.
