Post Op Eating

I was banded March 15th....best decision I ever made. I'm in my final week of liquids. It really hasn't been that bad. I blend all my soups (cream of chicken, clam chowder, lentil) and make them runny. My question is what is a good food to start on with the mushies? I plan on eating s/f jello.....I though mashed potatoes would be good.....well cooked veggies. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't plan on blending up meat....just doesn't sound very good. I'll wait until I can chew chew chew on that one.

SF jello pudding; homemade SF custard feels very warm and soothing on a new pouch. Yogurt, cottage cheese (small curd)....mix a little SF jelly in it; refried beans (vegetarian) ricotta cheese (mix a little spaghetti sauce in it to make it tasty); well-cooked cauliflower (mash it up).
