Don't tell my trainer

But I can actually move faster than "mosey". But the fact that I broke my leg last June makes it painful. I DID JOG 1/16th mile, so THERE. I just don't wanna do more bc I can't take NSAIDs.

If you can't be honest with your trainer, or if they come from the Jillian Michaels school of bullying clients, maybe you should find a trainer who will support you and meet you where you're at. My trainer knows all there is to know about my health woes, and she's heard every curse word known to man as I do the tasks she assigns. She always takes my negative self-talk away and makes me feel proud of my effort! :)

I did tell him, he was delighted and said "don't overdo it!" And f* Jillian. She's good for people who want punishment, not praise. F her and her iron booty.
