I have no problem eating ANYTHING! My bad habits are back, and I eat subconciously. I have not gained any weight, but I haven't lost any either. My surgery was 12/27/13

You San get back on track by going back to rule #1: protein first. That should fill you up so there won't be room for the junk food. Sadly, even with the sleeve, it's too easy to consume junk food. It does not engage the restriction like dense protein does.

I would talk to a diet counselor and start a support group ASAP. It can be done. Be confident. Posting on here admitting there is an issue is the first and hardest step. Just know that you are stronger than food.

Thanks for the help so far. I am back on my protien shakes, 3 times a day, and making sure no water for 1/2 hour before and after. I have also contacted my dietician. I just feel like such a failure, as this is something I want more than anything!
