Nausea

I wake up in the middle of the night so nauseated. I tried not sleeping flat, but it still happened. Can anyone answer this question. It comes on around 4:30-6:00 am. I noticed that my nose is draining alot and wondered if this could possible be the culprit. It's so annoying.

I too wake up feeling nauseated. I can't figure it out. I'm 21 days post op.

Hi, I was VERY nauseous about 3-4 weeks out. My doctor got my lab work back and said my B-1 & B-12 were low. My B1 was very low. At that point I hadn't started taking my B Vitamins, but my Dr. advised me to start. After a week of taking them I felt better. That may or may not help you, but just thought I would mention it.
