Hey everyone I am only a week out and I am jut craving something with flavor. What do you guys think about taking a bite of something and chewing it til all the flavor is gone and then spilling it out???

Blend soups and sip them... I've found that to help.

I never had any desire for that but it is a funny thought. What about more variety in your intake-different crystal light drinks, jellos etc to help?
