Diarrhea Day 20 Post Op? Dumping?

I'm day 20 post op and started diarrhea about an hour after my cream if wheat. I add a little maple syrup to it and hasn't bothered me yet. Could it be dumping today? I've gone to the bathroom 3 times the last two hours. Should I be concerned?? I was also constipated this morning but went potty pretty good prior to eating the cream of wheat. Is my body just letting go of everything maybe backed up?? Concerned..

That's curious and I don't know the answer. I can't imagine it was the Cream of Wheat?

My body does weird things with digestion now. I probably wouldn't worry about it unless you're still having problems tomorrow. I would suggest drinking more Water to keep dehydration at bay.

I was told to avoid all sugar post op. I use organic raw agave and was told that, maple syrup (grade AAA from Canada) is just like eating sugar and will cause dumping syndrome... So most likely it is the syrup..
