DERAILED BRAIN

lately bad habits are sneaking in.... and I'm letting it happen. I bought my partner mini cupcakes for her birthday... I thought I would have 1 but I had 3 and ate the frosting off of 3 others..... A few days ago, I ate cake at a party. I KNOW these types of food are my downfall and if I eat them I want more... Kinda like cookie monster. I don't know why I do this, even in the moment, I am thinking, this is soo bad, and yet I still do it. AND, after I eat it I feel nauseas. My brain is lagging here and I don't know how to fix it.

The more you eat the more you will want. Go with a high protein diet and you won't have the cravings

I know how you feel. Craving salt and chocolate and made some bad choices this weekend. Starting straight today though.
