Got my approval today!

Got approval from United Healthcare today after submitting paperwork on the 13th. Super excited to get scheduled and get my FMLA requested. My employer requires 30 days notice. :(

    Congrats and good luck...I hope my employer doesn't require a notice as soon as I find out I will be calling to get my paperwork going...boy I know how you feel ready set and go...

    I actually called HR as soon as my paperwork was submitted to insurance to find out what I needed to do for FMLA paperwork so I would know how to schedule surgery when I was called. Just trying to stay ahead of the game. Hope you get some answers soon too!
