Does the gas ever end?!

This gas pain is really bumming me out.. I was just banded Thursday ... What can I do to prevent loose skin? I just have so many questions...

  • I am 2 months post op. down 32 lbs. I eat pasta maybe once every 2 weeks. Bread maybe once a week. No rice, because I don't care for it. I haven't had anything get stuck. I am 6 cc in a 10 cc band.

  • If you are not up and walking, often, you can move the gas by doing so. Also, try gas-x and a heting pad. Best wishes, Karen
