Great Support!

Tomorrow I start my 2 week preop diet. Knowing this will not be easy for me not only has my husband agreed to do this with me, but he bought me the cutest water bottle decorated with rhinestones and sparkles, which is perfect since I'm a sparkly kind of girl. I feel so lucky to have a husband who supports me this way. Hopefully other's on this journey have the same support. :)

Congratulations on the beginning of a wonderful journey!

And extra congrats on the super supportive husband! Mine is awesome too, although he didnt even think about joining me on the 2 week pre-op AND 2 week post-op I had to do..LOL..but he is so supportive and helpful! It is nice to have that extra support at home.

And you will find some awesome people here to support you also!

It is tough, especially in the beginning, but just hang in there and remember why you chose to go this route in the first place. You WILL get through....just take one day at a time!

Best of luck and keep us updated!

Best wishes to you! You will do great, I'm sure. My hubby did my one week preop diet with me. It was great. It was the beginning of a total lifestyle change for us. Does your hubby need to lose weight too, or is he just being helpful?
