ginger tea ? for nausea

Does anyone noe if we can drink ginger tea. I'm so nauseated heard It helps. And I just got back from the ER last night I was dehydrated.

Yes ginger tea is encouraged for nausea. Don't put sugar in it. Just sugar substitute. Good luck with the nausea. Hope it will be better soon.

peppermint tea is what saved me the first few days

Does anyone noe if we can drink ginger tea. I'm so nauseated heard It helps. And I just got back from the ER last night I was dehydrated.

My favorite is Orange ginger mint tea. Yum

Most stores have ginger tea, even walmart. Watch out for mint early on. It can relax the valve from your stomach into the esophagus and make you more uncomfortable. I had that early but it is fine now.
