How much protein?

I'm getting back to basics...and I'm just wondering how many grams of Protein are you reaching each day??? How many shakes do you drink???

    My doc/nutritionist said between 60-80....i usually get in around 65-70 daily.

    I do not drink any shakes...all solids for me!
