Getting back on track

Hello everybody. I have had my band now for almost a year and have only lost about 55 pounds. Every time I get sick with my allergies. I have to have my band loosen almost all the way. It's very hard getting back on track since every time I loosen it i gain some weight. I just had my band tighten to about 6.8 cc since Christmas. Any advice on how to start on getting back on track.

Probably no NEW advice ...you know the deal.... Protein, protein, and more protein. Cut out refined carbohydrates. Measure portion sizes again. Perhaps a food log... And get moving ---- EXERCISE. See, you already knew it.... And I wouldn't hold my head down for losing 55 pounds..... I mean, " YOU LOST 55 POUNDS!"

Congrats on that achievement!
