Getting Started!!!

:clap2: Tomorrow I get to do the EDG...not that I am all that excited about that, but I am happy to be getting this whole thing started. I have been thinking about doing this for a few years now. I tried WeightWatchers several times, putting the weight back on plus a little extra. I have been enjoying reading all the posts and I am so happy to have found this site. The clear liquid diet that I have been on since yesterday morning is going well. I thought it would be a lot harder.

My BMI is 39...230 or so pounds. I really look forward to tossing out all my fat clothes which I am so sick and tired of!:P

My Doctor is Dr. Ki Oh in Federal Way, WA...
