stress related issue

So my son was sick and had surgery and week before had a fill well needless to say I have been stressed out and throwing up daily. I can only hold down liquids but been constant problem the last two weeks. Put myself on liquids only but I am hoping someone can give me some advice pretty sure my esophagus is swollen...how long does it stay swollen???

It really depends on your body. Stick with liquid and mushies for the next 4 days or so. That's what I would recommend. When you do add solids back make sure to keep portions small and make sure protein is moist

Call your surgeon. This is not normal even with stress.

I am ok now and back to normal it had to be stress got a good night sleep and can eat soup so that's a plus!! thanks all
