Munch, munch, munch! NO! HELP!

I don't know whats changed but the last two days I have munched all through the day. Freaking me out! Normally only eat around 800-900 calories but today I have eaten over 1200! Even ate a half mini bag of popcorn!

I'm getting between 60- 80 grams of protien daily, so its not that.

What has gotten in to me!!!

I know the feeling been grazing too much lately gonna start on st paddys day challenge monday...gotta get back to basics !!!! Lerts get in control and conquer this grazing demon......

You may feel stressed, tired, over worked, etc. Figure out how u feel mentally .that may help.. When I get really tired I get head hunger and want to grab something. Then I take the time to see how is my mental state . Once I identify that..I either slow down my life, rest, or deal with whatever is stressing me. I don't go to food to appease me when I analyze myself. Also , r u drinking water..check your hydration .. Is it your time of month? Don't knock yourself out for today's munching. Before I had surgery and was stressed, etc, I would binge and eat about 2,000 calories in one sitting over my regular caloric needs.. Now I cant do this anymore :) .
