  2. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm actually getting looks from co-workers while at lunch! It's so embarrassing! Will this always happen???
  3. I totally agree Ariella! There are so many blessings that I see daily! It feels like I'm standing on top of the mountain I was buried under for so many years, finally!

  12. You look beautiful! Congrats on those 8's!
  13. Oh my gosh, awald0! Awesome job!! 110 in 8 months is great!
  14. I'm 3 1/2 months out and down 53 lbs!! Gone from a size 18 to 8-10! YES! One of mine is, being able to cross my legs! I've not done that in so long! Another is more personal, Not feeling embarrassed if my hubby walks in on me changing! Now, it's your turn.

  16. I love spicy foods but can no longer tolerate them. Stillcrave them, but one bite makes me hurt.
  17. Thanks! Gonna have to try this out. Sounds great!
  18. One thing I noticed I'm not doing is logging my exercise on this app. I have another that I use for that but I should on here too. May help me realize more about my sugar lows too.
  19. Thanks! This might help me to try new things too. I'm curious about the low carb pancakes.
  20. I AM on myfitnesspal! Don't laugh, I looked for you but can't figure out how to add a friend, lol. Let me know and I'll add you, or look for Pizzaday....I know, contradicting name for a sleever. :-P
  21. So, how many carbs do you average? Does your nut suggest you doing more than 25? You just described exactly how I'm doing mid morning and mid afternoon! Thats when I have the most trouble with it. I'm trying to check my bsl 2 hours after eating lunch daily but it's hard to break away from a classroom full of students to check it. So, it's not consistent as I'd like it to be. Congrats on the awesome weightloss btw! How exciting!

  23. My family doctor recomended tracking with the glucometer. Read 77 after an egg scrambled with cheese and onion and part of a protein shake. I've been checking 2 hrs after lunch and protein ts been between 90-97. Still feeling a bit shaky every now and then, Even though I've upped the carbs. :/
