Getting frustrated slow weightloss

I had my surgery on August 22, 2013. I started at 349 day of surgery and am in the 260s now. I have been rocking between 260-280 for 3 months now with nothing working. I am eating the suggested portion sizes, getting protein and going to gym 5 days a week. What is going on? Any tips or people that can relate?

What about your water? Are you drinking enough? Also, what are you doing at the gym? If you've been doing the same routine, you may need to change it up. Either way, hang in there. The pounds will start dropping again & you will be pleasantly surprised.

I agree with above but also considering going to the gym 5 days a week you may not be getting enough calories

Yes I agree, u may need to up calories if your exercise is intense. Are u pushing yourself at the gym., are u breaking into a sweat ..if not, up the intensity.

I have a friend who was sleeved early August. He has close to the same loss as you. I don't think your 80+ pound loss is pretty darn good. However, I understand your frustration with the lengthy stall.
