It my 5th month post op...5lbs from my goal. Only thing frustrating is the inability to get neither protein to work out hard and get my flab off. But I'm happy...in size 34 pants, used to wear 44!

I'm getting my 80-90g of protein a day but not getting enough calories or protein to work out and do weights. Trying to rehab my body, tighten my skin, build muscle...going to take more time.

Congrats on the weight loss. I'm 4 months out and also down 10 sizes.

I get between 80-100 grams of Protein a day and don't have a problem lifting 4 times a week and gaining muscle mass.
