4 days post op

I know I'm in the healing stage but I can't tell if the pain in my stomach is gas pain or regular pains. I still have that drainage tube in my stomach. It makes very hard for me to get comfortable. I have to sleep on my back which is even more uncomfortable. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get comfortable and deal with the pain? Pain med is 2mg, doesnt feel like it's working.

Thanks. I will definitely try changing positions, hopefully it works. I can't afford to go to the emergency room. Thanks for the advice.
