WILL POWER?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you can relate to my constant struggle with will power & how you find will power & stick to it when you have never known it your whole life!? I have trouble daily with Food choices! I have lost approx 27pounds in 9months!!! Help.....suggestions please, I weak!

Good question~ doctors recommended it as it's stopped my body from putting itself into starvation mode, as it was doing before, so I'm no longer gaining weight from that. And they are proud with the results from it. In between that & my workouts, it's finally going back down
