Preop dieters... How are you keeping track?

I'm on Day 2 of my preop diet. It's going waaaaay better than I expected. I've given up cigarettes, diet pop, and coffee, and I'm living to tell about it! Lol

I'm just wondering how you all are keeping track of your food and fluids? Is there an app? Is there a thread on here? I'm writing it down now and keeping track of everything I consume, but I was wondering if anyone had any better methods than a pen and paper.

Thanks!
