Well yay....8 weeks and almost at my half way point of weight loss. Yay! Put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in 2 years today.

Memily firstly congrats.!!!!! Secondly how much weight have you lost so far? I know everyone's journeys are different, just trying to get a gauge.

I'm 13 days post op.

Started at 275lb lost 19 lbs in 4 weeks including pre op diet

Mumoftwo.....with my 2 week pre-surgery diet I am at a total loss of 53 lbs. I lost most of my weight post up in the first 2-3 weeks, I hit a stall and now loose about .5 lb a day or 2.5-3 lbs a week. Everyone loosed different good luck!
